I was so happy to have found a U.S. made product for improving my meditation experience and I’m very happy with this zabuton. (My zafu is on the way!) I was a bit worried by some of the negative reviews here but I can’t relate to the issues mentioned. Mine came dry, clean, free of any odor, and indeed the right size for the sleeve.
As for the details, the first thing I noticed was the weight and sturdiness of the mat. It feels heavy and solid in ways that I didn’t expect, so hopefully it’ll hold up over time.
I also had a look inside at the cotton. It’s quite interesting as I’ve never seen cotton quite so… rustic before. Makes me feel a bit more “down to earth” when I sit on it, man.
As for the size, I purchased the large size and I’m 6’3 and I’m happy to say that it feels just about right. When I sit in a Burmese posture my knees hang over the side just about an inch on each side, so it’s definitely a “snug” fit, but they’re definitely a few inches off the floor and so the mat is definitely effective.
It’s also very comfy and my foot didn’t fall asleep in the Burmese posture either, which was the main reason I wanted a zabuton, so that’s excellent news!
The only thing I envision having to worry about is my dogs trying to steal it in case I forget to put it away…

I wanted to start mediating more often and wanted to make a dedicated space for it - which is why I decided to get this mat.
It's large enough for both me (4' 11") and my SO (6'0") and comfortable for us to spend anywhere from 5-30 min on it without our bums or legs hurting.
Since I just got it, it's hard to tell how long it will last but the fabric seems strong - the cushions may need to be fluffed up once in a while.
In any case, I think this is a long needed item to continue to mediate more consistently. I'm happy that I bought it!

Love these cushions. They came packaged in a small brick and expanded once opened. It is very easy to put the covers on with a nifty zipper closure. Once plumped up the pillows are super soft and comfy while providing a substantial cushion. The pattern is vibrant and goes great with my decor. I may get a few more!

I got this floor pillow as an additional place to sit, as sometimes we like to hang out on the floor and play with our toddler, but it's not the most comfortable just sitting on the floor. This pillow is great for that! It also makes me want to get a table tray to eat on the floor! My toddler also loves to jump onto this pillow.
The pillow insides came super vacuum sealed so hardly took up any shipping space. I had to cut multiple layers of plastic to free the pillow, and then it fluffed up nicely right away. You put the pillow in the very nicely made round pillow case, and zip'er up! Such vibrant colors and pretty pattern! Very happy with this purchase.
