I picked up one shaker of this for when we make ramen or udon at home because we liked it so much at the restaurants. A few weeks later my son and I put this stuff on everything. Just tonight it elevated the flavor of some oven baked breaded pork chops. It adds warmth and depth of flavor without hiding the rest of the meal. I'm going to order more right now.

Was for ramen, now for EVERYTHING!

Always be careful when buying Furikake rice seasoning. Chinese knockoffs will be package and labeled to look exactly like the Japanese brands. But there is a BIG BIG difference! If it doesn’t say, product or, or produce in Japan… put it back on the shelf.

Eden Shake is a wonderful rice seasoning. I use it primarily when I’m making musubi. I highly recommend this product.

I have used this on chicken combined with my own chicken season mixture and beef tri-tip. It is excellent. I especially like the little sweetness on the chicken. I feel like it would work well with pork, shrimp and fish like salmon.

Love it!
